More about Chalk

Blackboard ink gives printed material a unique, interactive feature. The surface takes on the look and feel of a classic blackboard and can be written on with chalk. Just like a real blackboard, the applied text or drawing can easily be erased, after which the surface can be used again. The ink is available in a dark version with the recognisable blackboard character, but also in a transparent variant which allows additional creative applications.

The technique is widely used in printed materials that invite interaction. Think of menus that can be changed over and over again, game or educational material where writing and erasing are central, or creative packaging that lets consumers themselves write along with the message. Blackboard ink can also create involvement in promotional material, as the user can literally add his own interpretation to the printed material.

The result is a durable and playful solution that makes communication personal and flexible. Blackboard ink combines functionality with experience and gives printed matter a contemporary and interactive added value that is sure to leave an indelible impression.
